How much does it cost?
You can list your service for free on our platform. We charge a 5% commission fee on each booking you receive. We only get paid, when you get paid.
How do I know I will receive the payments on time?
We collect the final payment 4 weeks before the event, and hold it in a secure, FCA regulated escrow account. Once the event has happened and you have done your part, it is then released to you.
When do I receive payments?
You will receive your deposit payment as soon as you accept the booking request. We hold the remaining payment until after the event, and then pay it out to you.
What happens if there is a dispute with my client?
Any disputes are independently reviewed by the FCA regulated escrow provider. They will check your contracts to make sure you have upheld your agreement, and communicate that to your client before releasing your final payment.
We also offer a legal service if you want to tighten up your contract.
